Add Scoring

I personally like a game where if I collect the collectible, I win. It's just a personal preference for me.

Create A Collectable

My player will earn points if they collect the collectable. It will make my game more educational by getting the player to be more cautious and pay attention.

Prototype & Trace

All the paper prototype helped me with is, to give me a mental image of what I wanted my game to look like. I pretty much knew what I wanted my game to look like. It didn't really help me with anything.

Add Keyboard Control

Some ways to make my game more interactive are: adding an enemy and a collectible item, it will make the game more fun for the player. I also may add another level to my game to make the game longer but fun.

Move With Game Loop

I just want my player to jump and move side to side. Right now my game can do that.

Program First Action

Since the value of x moves the player side to side, I think the value of y determines the height the player can jump. The code I used was perfect for my game so I didn't want to change it. 

Create MovieClip

My player is an African American women since my inventor was an African American woman. I want the player to be some what like my inventor, Sarah Goode. I want the player to feel as if they are in that time period.
